The accommodation is dedicated to those who love the panorama and tranquillity without neglecting the proximity to the beach and the sea.
The Space
The accommodation is located in a villa divided into various lodgings and has an independent entrance, private parking and a splendid panoramic terrace/loggia.
The accommodation is spread over 2 levels, the living room with a kitchenette and external loggia are on the lower floor, the bathroom and bedroom are on the upper floor and connected by a large and comfortable staircase.
The upper floor is attic-style therefore with different heights, air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room.
The bathroom entrance transforms into a convenient shower cabin (90x90) while the toilet is positioned in the lower part of the attic but usable without problems, the bathroom is complete except for the bidet which is replaced by a convenient hand shower next to the toilet and the available height space is limited as more importance was given to the daytime areas and the outdoor covered loggia.
The bedroom, complete with air conditioning and Smart TV and satellite receiver, is attic-style and equipped with a comfortable storage bed and foam mattress.
On the lower floor, a large living room, very bright, with air conditioning, Smart TV with satellite receiver, complete with a mini kitchen SUITABLE FOR SIMPLE AND QUICK PREPARATIONS, equipped with all utensils, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine with capsules, kettle, two-burner hob, washing machine, a small table with two folding chairs that you can position both in the living room and on the veranda. The veranda (15 sqm) has a panoramic view and is equipped with a small living room and a sunbathing rocking chair.
The accommodation is recommended for curious guests who want to spend a holiday discovering the natural and food and wine beauties of the area and therefore not suitable for long-stay guests who want home holidays and with large service environments.
Bathroom and bed linen are provided for each stay and each change, regardless of the days of stay, will be at the guests' request and at a cost.
A starter kit of non-renewable daily use products is also provided upon arrival.
The small beach of Ottiolu is located a few steps from the accommodation while the large white sand beach equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and beach bar is located a few minutes' walk away.
Restaurants, bars, mini markets, pharmacy are located in the small square of the Ottiolu port and can be reached on foot from the accommodation.
We can organize transfers to/from Olbia Airport/Port at a cost performed by professionals.
However, it is recommended for a better enjoyment of the holiday to rent a vehicle directly at the airport.
Excursions to the Tavolara Marine Park and sea fishing trips are always available at a cost organized by professionals.
Beach equipment (2 beach towels and umbrella) is available for rent at a price of 20 euros per person to be paid on site.
If you are passionate about deep-sea fishing and do not suffer from seasickness (large trophies of catches can be found hanging in the accommodation) send us a message and during the stay and if the sea and weather permit you will go out for a fishing trip (the trip is free, not guaranteed and is at the complete discretion of the fisherman who carries it out)
